Empty PET Handling

The Sismatico Range of Empty PET Handling Systems have a unique neck guide & side rail concept that provides the customer with a 150m joint free solution to ensure smooth product flow & minimal maintenance down time. This also gives No loss of Neck Rail setting when it eventually needs changing.

Systems are powered by our compact 3.0kw fan units positioned at approximately 9/10m intervals.

Various grades of filtration can be provided from our std G4 single stage system up to our 3 stage G4, F7 &H13 Hepa system.

Systems can be supplied with many additional features;

Auto Side rails, Auto neck rails, Infeed/Outfeed Hinge units, Outfeed Meeting Units, 2-1/1-2, switch gate units, 2×2 Rotary gate Units, Enclosed Aseptic packages, Plus our unique Neck Rail Dry Lubrication system. UK distributers fir the Steidle preform coating system.

Each Sismatico system is complimented by a dedicated control system & software package ensuring that each installation performs to its maximum efficiency. Control panels are manufactured to customer specifications & incorporate the latest PLC and inverter control technology.
